Home Equity Fintech Noah Raises $150M in Funding

Noah, the home equity finance startup that until recently was known as Patch Homes, has raised $150 million in funding. So reports Crunchbase.

Noah provides homeowners with payment-free financing in exchange for a share of the home’s future appreciation or depreciation.

Noah founder Sahil Gupta said the funding was not through venture capital or borrowing, but was “platform capital” from pension funds and other unnamed institutional investors.
