Real estate platform Orchard, founded in 2017 and known as Perch until earlier this year, has announced an additional $69 million in funding and an ambitious goal to transform its industry like Amazon. So reports TechCrunch.
“In the same way Amazon has fundamentally changed retail, and Carvana has innovated the car buying experience, Orchard is putting the customer first and modernizing the home buying and selling transaction,” Orchard co-founder and CEO Court Cunningham said in a statement.
The Series C round, led by Revolution Growth, brings the company’s total funding to $138 million.
