Real Estate Broker Pleads Guilty in Commercial Property Scam

A former real estate broker faces up to 80 years in federal prison after pleading guilty to four counts of wire fraud. So reports the Jacksonville (Fla.) Daily Record.

Robert Hendricks, 64, of Ponte Vedra, Fla, has agreed to pay almost $2.7 million in restitution to victims.
