Manafort Dodges Mortgage Fraud Case After Trump Pardon

The New York State Court of Appeals has declined to review a lower court’s dismissal of state mortgage fraud charges against Donald Trump’s former campaign chairman Paul Manafort after the ex-president pardoned Manafort in a connected federal case. So reports NBC News.
