Steven Schnall, Quontic Bank CEO, Dies in Accident

Steven Schnall, an entrepreneur who built a successful mortgage business as CEO of Quontic Bank, has died in a motorcycle accident at age 55. So reports The Real Deal.

quontic“Steve was a charismatic leader who inspired progress, got results–and managed to have fun along the way," George Lazaridis, Quontic’s co-founder and interim CEO, told the news service in a statement.

As upstate New York NBC affiliate WNYT reports, Schnall was also hailed for his philanthropy as a founding board member of the Arthur Project, a nonprofit that offers therapeutic mentoring to middle schoolers.
