UWM Unveils Three Tools for Independent Brokers

United Wholesale Mortgage has announced three new tools for independent mortgage brokers, aimed at transparency, control and speed.

UWM 150x150The tools are UClose 3.0, TRAC (Title Review and Closing) and Safe Check.

UClose 3.0 is an updated version of UWM’s UClose 2.0 platform, TRAC is an alternative to the traditional title and closing process billed as “entirely new to the industry,” and Safe Check enables borrowers to get an appraisal waiver pre-check before submitting their loan.
