Rocket CFO, General Counsel Retire in Executive Shuffle

Rocket Companies has said that its chief financial officer and general counsel are both retiring as of this fall, to be replaced by internal candidates. So reports the Detroit Free Press.

Rocket Loans 150x150The Detroit-based company said that CFO and Treasurer Julie Booth will transition to an “advisory role within the company” as of November 15, succeeded in her current positions by Chief Accounting Officer Brian Brown.

General Counsel and Secretary Angelo Vitale has just retired, though he remains in an “of counsel” capacity. Tina John, previously the deputy general counsel and assistant secretary, has stepped into Vitale’s former roles.
