Trident Mortgage Launches Subsidy Fund After Redlining Settlement

Trident Mortgage has rolled out an $18.4 million mortgage assistant program as part of a settlement announced by the Department of Justice last year over “deliberate discrimination against minority families.” So reports NEXT Mortgage News.

Trident, part of Berkshire Hathaway, was formerly one of the Philadelphia region’s biggest mortgage lenders.
