The Detroit-based company said that CFO and Treasurer Julie Booth will transition to an “advisory role within the company” as of November 15, succeeded in her current positions by Chief Accounting Officer Brian Brown.
General Counsel and Secretary Angelo Vitale has just retired, though he remains in an “of counsel” capacity. Tina John, previously the deputy general counsel and assistant secretary, has stepped into Vitale’s former roles.
