Mortgage Rates Tick Down With 30-Year at 2.96%

Mortgage rates slipped, as a 30-year fixed-rate loan averaged 2.96% in the week ending June 10, according to Freddie Mac. So reports Bloomberg.

arrow 98577 1280That was a decline of three basis points, and the rate has floated near 3% for roughly two months.

The 30-year hit a record low of 2.65% in January.
