Justin Ishbia Takes Flak Over $3M Park Donation Offer

Justin Ishbia, the billionaire brother of United Wholesale Mortgage CEO Mat Ishbia, has received criticism from a Chicago-area park board over a proposed $3 million donation for beach renovations. So reports The Real Deal.

UWM 150x150Commissioners on the board for the Winnetka Park District in this northern suburb of Chicago took aim at the Ishbia Family Foundation’s preliminary outline of terms for Ishbia’s proposed gift to the district.

The sticky wicket is a $44 million megamansion Ishbia is planning, after purchasing four existing mansions and demolishing them.
