Commissioners on the board for the Winnetka Park District in this northern suburb of Chicago took aim at the Ishbia Family Foundation’s preliminary outline of terms for Ishbia’s proposed gift to the district.
The sticky wicket is a $44 million megamansion Ishbia is planning, after purchasing four existing mansions and demolishing them.
