Fidelity National Financial Fined $3.5M For No-Poach Deals

Fidelity National Financial has agreed to pay a $3.5 million fine to settle antitrust allegations over its “no poach” agreements, the New York state attorney general’s office has announced. So reports The Mortgage Note.

New York Attorney General Letitia James has now brought at least five no-poach cases against title insure.
