An effort by landlords and real estate groups to overturn the Biden administration’s new COVID-19 residential eviction ban is set to move quickly through the appeals courts. So reports Reuters.

A federal district court judge in Washington recently said that an earlier appeals court decision forced him to uphold the ban.
