Fintech Cadre Launches Fund for Small Real Estate Investors

Fintech firm Cadre has announced a $400 million fund aiming to make it easier for individuals to invest in commercial real estate. So reports The Real Deal.

The Cadre Direct Access Fund’s holdings will include the multifamily, office, industrial and hospitality sectors.

The fund carries a minimum investment of $50,000 and fees depending on the amount invested. Cadre’s website says, “If you are investing $100,000, for example, we charge a one-time commitment fee of 3.0%, an annual administration fee of 0.50% and an annual asset management fee of 1.5%.”
