Global investment in commercial real estate is projected to increase by about 8% this year, according to a report by CBRE. So reports GlobeSt.com.

Money fall 163496 640smallThat’s a “more moderate pace than in 2021,” noted Richard Barkham, global chief economist for CBRE, citing headwinds including inflation and geopolitical uncertainty.

Barkan said that low interest rates and a growing economy would drive investment volume.
