Woman Left Fraud History Out of Mortgage Application: DOJ

A Rhode Island woman failed to mention in her mortgage application that she owed the government almost $400,000 for fraud, according to a federal indictment. So reports Patch.com.

prison 553836 640smallJuliana Martins also allegedly lied about her sentence of 48 months in federal prison following a 2014 guilty plea in the fraud case.

Martins is changed with making false statements on bank loan application and could lose her home if found guilty.
