Rocket Companies executive Bill Emerson has poured cold water on hopes any mortgage professionals might have still been harboring that fully remote work would remain as widespread after the pandemic. So reports the Detroit Free Press.
While “hybrid” work arrangements will persist for a bit, Emerson said, “I really believe that (fully remote) is going to be a small percentage of the population as you continue to move forward.”
Emerson, who is president and chief operating officer after recently stepping down as interim CEO, also emphasized the importance of face-to-face collaboration.
