Live Well Financial CEO Loses Second Bid for New Trial

A federal judge has denied Live Well Financial CEO Michael Hild’s most recent request for a new trial following his fraud conviction. So reports Richmond BizSense.

Hild, who remains free on bond, has also asked in federal appeals court for the conviction and 44-month sentence to be overturned, and that request is still pending.
