Homelight Raises $60M, Acquires Accept.inc

Online real estate company Homelight has announced that it has raised $60 million in capital and has acquired lending startup Accept.inc. So reports TechCrunch.

homelightDrew Uher, HomeLight’s founder and CEO, told TechCrunch that the equity raise and acquisition “allow us to play both offense and defense—expanding our business while also positioning the company to weather uncertainty this year and into next year.”

Accept calls itself an “iLender” that allows people to make all-cash home offers when they qualify for a mortgage.
