An Alabama homebuilder and his office manager have each been charged with dozens of counts of mortgage fraud. So reports local WTVY.

hammer 1537123 1920Ryan Kriser, owner of Smart Homes of the Wiregrass, was charged with 29 counts of mortgage fraud.

Shelley Lynn Brown, the office manager, faces a combined 57 counts of mortgage fraud and forgery.
