Homebuilder and Office Manager Indicted for Mortgage Fraud

A homebuilder and his office manager have each been indicted on 29 counts of mortgage fraud, court records show. So reports the Dothan Eagle.

handcuffs 354042 640small 280x186Ryan Jay Kriser and Shelley Lynn Brown of Dothan, Alabama, were arrested in March after a fraud inquiry into Kriser Homes South that began in March 2022.

Brown also faces 33 counts of second-degree possession of a forged instrument.
