Home Prices Rise for Third Straight Month

Home prices increased a seasonally adjusted 0.45% in March from February, according to Black Knight’s monthly Mortgage Monitor report. So reports CNBC.

Black KnightThat’s the third month in a row of price increases, following revisions to the January and February numbers.

“​​Thirty percent fewer properties hit the market in March as compared to pre-pandemic norms,” said Andy Walden, Black Knight’s vice president of enterprise research strategy.
