Guild Mortgage CEO Mary Ann McGarry Sets Retirement

Guild Mortgage announced that CEO Mary Ann McGarry will retire in June, following a 40-year industry career. So reports The Mortgage Note.

Mary Ann McGarryMcGarry, who will stay on the board of directors, will be succeeded by Terry Schmidt, currently Guild president.

Guild’s recent acquisitions include Cherry Creek Mortgage, Inlanta Mortgage and Legacy Mortgage, based in Colorado, Wisconsin and New Mexico, respectively.
