Audrey Osbourn, who led a mortgage broker firm, and her sons Gary Moore, Clayton Moore and Ian Moore, were retried after their previous guilty pleas had been overturned by the UK Court of Appeals.
“Osbourn and her sons committed multiple offenses of fraud and money laundering through dishonesty, misleading mortgage providers and betraying the trust placed in them by friends, employees and customers," Gurminder Sanghera, senior legal manager at the UK Crown Prosecution Service, said in a statement.
