Digital Lender UpEquity Nabs Another $50M

UpEquity, a mortgage startup that makes cash offers for homebuyers, has divulged that it secured $20 million in equity funding and $30 million in debt financing. So reports TechCrunch.

Upequity 200x186UpEquity co-founder and CEO Tim Herman told TechCrunch that he envisions the company’s mortgage origination volume for the next 12 months will total more than $1 billion.

Launched in 2019, the company has raised $77 million in total, including $29.15 million in equity.
