Robert “Bob” Morgan has agreed to surrender $16.3 million to settle prosecutors’ mortgage fraud charges against the Rochester, N.Y., developer. So reports The Buffalo News.

The court documents emerged after Morgan pleaded guilty to a single felony charge, likely sparing him prison time.
