Zillow Sees Glimmer of Hope for Housing Demand

New research from Zillow suggests that demand for new homes may be rebounding after sales of homes collapsed in March. So reports CNBC.

According to Zillow, although pending home sales were down about 32% from a year ago, they were up 6% week-over-week for the week ending on April 19.

Web traffic to Zillow listings was up 13% nationally from a year ago.
