Michigan’s Pine Knob Music Theatre will be known as Pine Knob again, the name many music fans still used for it, as the concert space celebrates its 50th anniversary.
The sunsetting of the most recent moniker, DTE Energy Music Theatre, comes with the expiration of the 20-year DTE Energy contract.
Sarah DeCiantis, UWM's chief marketing officer, said in a news release, “As a company rooted in metro Detroit for the last 35 years, we are thrilled to be a Proud Partner of Pine Knob Music Theatre, and look forward to everything we will accomplish together during this historic rebrand, and beyond.”
