United Wholesale Mortgage Sues America’s Moneyline for $2.8M

United Wholesale Mortgage has slapped California-based America’s Moneyline with a lawsuit claiming that the mortgage brokerage owes it $2.8 million. So reports Scotsman Guide.

UWM 150x150UWM alleged that America’s Moneyline repeatedly violated the company’s 2021 policy of not doing business with brokerages that also work with Rocket Mortgage and Fairway Independent Mortgage.

UWM, in a statement, described the alleged breaches as “egregious.”
