Truist Financial has appointed David Smith, previously head of the mortgage lending business at Keller Williams, as head of Truist Mortgage. So reports TheMReport.

truistBefore Keller Williams, Smith was CEO of Citibank division CitiMortgage.

Smith’s predecessor at Truist, Todd Chamberlain, was set to retire as of July 31.
