Sequoia Mortgage Capital CEO Arrested on Sexual Assault Charge

Jason Freskos, the president and CEO of Sequoia Mortgage Capital, has been arrested over an allegation that he sexually assaulted a woman during a recent trip to Hawaii. So reports Hawaii News Now.

Freskos was in custody in California and awaiting extradition to Kauai. Earlier this month, a grand jury indicted Freskos for first-degree sex assault.
