Mortgage Rates Sink Again to All-Time Low

American mortgage rates have dropped again to the lowest since data-keeping began. So reports Bloomberg.

According to Freddie Mac, the 30-year fixed-rate mortgage averaged 3.23% for the week ending April 30, down 10 basis points from the previous week and the lowest in almost 50 years of records.

Rates had edged upward in recent weeks as lenders struggled to meet customer demand with borrowing so cheap during the coronavirus pandemic.
