Mortgage Delinquency Rate Falls for 10th Straight Month

The overall U.S. mortgage delinquency rate has declined for a 10th consecutive month, as homeowners weather the economic fallout from a global pandemic. So reports MortgageOrb.

That’s down from 7.1% a year earlier and is lower than the rate has been in more than two decades.
