The Mortgage Bankers Association’s incoming 2023 chairman Matt Rocco has highlighted affordable rental housing as what he called his “flagship initiative” in a speech at MBA’s 2022 Annual Convention & Expo in Nashville.
“The Mortgage Bankers Association will pursue a bigger and bolder Affordable Rental Housing Strategy,” Rocco said, according to prepared remarks.
Rocco is chairman and CEO of Grandbridge Real Estate Capital and succeeds outgoing MBA chairwoman Kristy Rocco.”
