Homeowners Prefer Mortgage Payments to Renting: BofA

According to a recent Bank of America survey, 93% of U.S. homeowners indicate that they feel happier owning than renting. So reports Builder Online.

In fact, 83% of respondents said wouldn’t reconsider renting, and 88% said buying a home was the best decision of their lives. Survey respondents were more likely to credit the emotional value of homeownership than the financial benefits.
