Homebuyer Sentiment Falls to Record Low Despite Lower Rates

Fannie Mae released its latest housing sentiment survey, which finds that a record share of Americans are still gloomy about home buying despite a recent decline in mortgage rates. So reports Yahoo! Finance.

Fannie Mae2 280x186According to Fannie Mae, 14% of respondents in November said it was a good time to buy a home, down from 15% in October and the lowest level in the survey’s history.

What’s more, 85% of respondents said it was a bad time to buy, tying the record high.
