Fannie Mae: Buyers' Moods Improve for Third Straight Month

The Fannie Mae Home Purchase Sentiment Index rose 0.6 points in January to 61.6, its third consecutive monthly increase. So reports Builder.

Fannie Mae cautioned that overall sentiment toward housing is still “well below” pre-pandemic measures.
