Most recently, Renzi was president and chief operating officer of New Jersey-based mortgage subservicer Cenlar FSB. Before that, he was CEO of Philadelphia-area mortgage servicer and originator Ditech Holding Corp.
Renzi succeeds David Applegate, who previously announced plans to step down by year-end.
