Chinese Buying of U.S. Homes May Sink to Eight-year Low

Chinese purchases of U.S. homes will probably fall to their lowest in eight years in the year ending in March 2020 as fallout from the trade war between the two nations continues. That's according to, Chinese real estate website Juwai.com. So reports Reuters.

U.S. home sales to Chinese buyers are forecast to decline to between $10 billion and $12 billion in the year through next March, according to Juwai.com’s estimates.

China’s biggest international property site, Juwai.com, is comparable to U.S. sites like Realtor.com and Trulia, with about 2.8 million listings.
