Rates were pretty much unchanged week over week on what was a volatile few days, according to Bill Bodnar of The Mortgage Market Guide (MMG).

With the $1.9 trillion stimulus coming, big questions on new bond issuance and inflation have emerged. Bodnar shares some key levels to watch on the 10- year Note and what the Fed may hint at should rates tick up any further.
