Better.com plans to make 100 of those hires by year-end, Charlotte Mayor Vi Lyles announced on September 16. The company said that the decision to find a home in Charlotte was sparked by its partnership with Ally Financial, announced earlier this year.
Starting salaries at Better.com are between $65,000 and $85,000 with a total pay package that adds up to more than $100,000 annually.
