Zillow Sells Half of iBought Homes, Buys Back Stock

Zillow has announced that it signed contracts to sell more than half of the homes it bought through its recently shuttered iBuying unit, Zillow Offers. So reports The Real Deal.

Zillow 200x186The company said it was selling 18,000 homes to individual homebuyers as well as institutional investors such as Pretium Partners, which alone inked deals for 2,000 homes.

In a bet on its own stock price, Zillow also announced a $750 million share repurchase program.
