Picket Homes, which offers a platform to help investors buy and manage single-family rental properties, has secured $20 million in Series B financing. So reports GeekWire.

picket homesThe Seattle startup’s platform spans 25 U.S. rental markets, representing more than 50 million single-family properties.

Picket is led by CEO Quinten “Q” Shay, an Amazon alumnus, and its competitors in the single-family real estate investment space include both Havium and Arrived Homes.
