Vontive, an online mortgage startup, has raised $135 million in funding for its effort to streamline the process of real estate investing. So reports TechCrunch.

VontiveVontive offers a white-label solution for banks, credit unions or property tech companies serving real estate investors to launch their own investment-property mortgage businesses.

Vontive was co-founded by former Freddie Mac executive Charles McKinney and Shreyas Vijaykumar, one of the earliest engineers at software giant Palantir.
