Loan Payoff Rate on Office Mortgages Dips Beneath 70%

Deutsche Bank researchers have announced that the rate of timely loan repayments for office buildings has sunk from 93% in mid-2021 to below 70% now. So reports Dow Jones.

Monthly data suggest the timely payoff rate for office buildings will keep falling, according to the Deutsche researchers.
