Investors Pile Into Commercial Real Estate Despite Empty Spaces

High-rise offices are still mostly vacant, hotels have plenty of rooms and malls are languishing, but you wouldn’t know it by the state of the commercial real estate market. So reports The Wall Street Journal.

Big public pension funds have also been boosting their stakes in commercial real estate, which ought to help support prices.
