'Good News, Bad News' for Fix-and-Flip Investors in Q3 Data

The latest figures from ATTOM show that the home-flipping rate fell to 7.5% of all home sales in the third quarter of 2022. So reports The Title Report.

AttomWhile that’s down from an 8.2% share in the second quarter, it’s still a rise from 5.9% in the year-earlier period—and the third-highest quarterly mark in the past decade.

“This is a classic good news/bad news report for fix-and-flip investors," Rick Sharga, executive vice president of market intelligence at ATTOM, said in a statement.
