Fintor Raises $6M for Fractional Real Estate Investing Platform

Fintech startup Fintor, which has a mobile app offering fractional shares of real estate properties, has nabbed a fresh $6.2 million in funding. So reports TechCrunch.

FintorFintor founder and CEO Farshad Yousefi told the news service that the company’s platform allows investors with as little as $5 to invest in single-family residences in several states.

Other startups with a similar goal of expanding access to real estate investing include Landa, Nada and Arrived Homes.
