Commercial Real Estate Lenders, Investors See Slower 2023: CBRE

According to a survey by CBRE, commercial real estate investors and lenders alike expect a substantial downtick in what they do in the year ahead. So reports GlobeSt.com.

CBREAlmost 60% of respondents said they plan to buy less real estate next year, compared with just 15% who said they’ll buy more.

The major sources of uncertainty for buying and lending projections in 2023 are when inflation will have stopped growing and what that will mean for interest rates.
